Operational Documentation

Haul truck operations, autonomous trials, workshop facilities, and site progress. Precision aerial footage for engineering records, safety audits, and investor reporting.

Stakeholder Communications

Translate complex mine-site operations into visual narratives that resonate with investors, regulators, and the communities your operations impact.

Safety & Compliance

CASA ReOC 0979. $20M public liability. Mine-site inducted crews. We operate in active pit environments, near heavy machinery, and across remote Pilbara and Goldfields locations.

Case Study

MACA: Autonomous Haulage at Karlawinda

We documented Phase 1 of MACA's Autonomous Haulage Systems at Capricorn Metals' Karlawinda gold operation in the Pilbara. Aerial and ground cinematography captured SafeAI technology in action across an active mine site, producing visual assets now used for investor and stakeholder communications.

Aguia Studio's ability to operate safely and professionally on our complex mine sites is second to none. They capture the true scale of our operations, delivering cinematic visuals instrumental in stakeholder and investor communications.

Case Study

FleetCo: Halzemere Workshop Facility

Combined aerial and ground-based cinematography to document FleetCo's state-of-the-art workshop facility, capturing recently rebuilt Cat 789 haul trucks, fitter operations, and collaborative workflows with MACA and Thiess personnel. The final video serves as a marketing asset translating complex industrial processes into clear visual narrative.

Position Partners: Technology in the Field

Multi-site production capturing intelligent positioning technology across active mining and civil construction sites. Two case study videos delivered as key marketing assets, translating sophisticated operational technology into persuasive narratives demonstrating real-world product applications.

Questions

Mining aerial cinematography

Yes. Our crews hold current mine-site inductions and we carry $20M public liability insurance. We have operated across active pit environments in the Pilbara, Goldfields, and metropolitan workshop facilities. All operations follow site-specific safety management plans coordinated with your HSE team.

We hold CASA ReOC 0979 and all pilots carry Remote Pilot Licences (RePL) with current aviation medicals. For mine sites, we coordinate with your site management for inductions, JSAs, and any restricted airspace requirements. We handle all CASA approvals for the operation.

We regularly deploy to remote locations across Western Australia. We travel with backup equipment, are self-sufficient for multi-day shoots, and coordinate with your logistics team for accommodation, site access, and scheduling around operational requirements.

Typical mining projects deliver a primary promotional or case study video (2-4 minutes), a library of aerial and ground photographs, social media cut-downs, and raw footage for your internal use. Turnaround depends on complexity but is typically 3-6 weeks for Corporate Narrative projects.
